Agentic AI · Enterprise Architecture · Transformation
Your agents can code. Your operating model can't.
AI agents now do real production work. The way organisations define, fund and govern that work was designed before agents existed. Tekhouse works on that gap — grounded in two project-to-product transitions run from inside Nordic banks.
The constraint was never the technology.
In 2018, our founder and a colleague built a voice-driven AI banking assistant inside one of the Nordics' largest banks. It was demoed to the whole company, top management included. It never shipped — the right call, by the rules banks had to play by then.
Eight years on, the models are far better and the pattern is largely unchanged: pilots that impress, then stall. What decides the outcome is not model capability but the operating model — how work is defined, approved, funded and delivered. In 2026, the old rules produce the wrong answer. That is the layer Tekhouse works on.
What We Do
Four ways in. Fixed price or fixed cadence.
Our Story
Where this comes from.
Sixteen years inside Nordic banking — Swedbank, Luminor, Bankdata — running IT delivery, payments infrastructure and product organisations. Two full transitions from project-centric to product-centric operating models, run from the inside. Direct work with regulators and central banks in four countries on PSD2, AML and card-scheme compliance.
Today: consultants under continuous contract with a Tier-1 Nordic banking group since 2022, an agentic delivery system of our own design running in production, and a network of senior ex-bank operators to staff engagements from.

Our Mission
Where we stand.
Buying AI tooling is the easy part. The difficult part is changing how work actually flows: who defines a problem, what evidence a build requires, how funding follows outcomes, and what a team looks like when agents carry the heavy lifting. Most advice on this comes from people who never had to live with the result. We have run that change twice, inside banks, and carried responsibility for what happened next. One of those two transitions took roughly 40% out of time-to-market. That experience — not a framework — is what we bring.
Thirty minutes. We come prepared.
Tell us what's stalled. Before the call we will have read what you've published, and we'll bring a hypothesis — not a pitch.
