The Network — Senior Operators, Not a Bench

Four people where an integrator sends forty.

Tekhouse doesn't run a bench. We run a network: senior consultants — ex-Swedbank, ex-Luminor, ex-Bankdata, and specialists across industries — who subcontract to each other when an engagement needs one specific pair of hands. Enterprise architects, payments engineers, product leaders, QA. People who have shipped inside the institutions you're trying to move.

Small is not the discount version. It is the design: senior people, agent-carried volume work, and a fixed number instead of a growing headcount. You pay for competence, not for a pyramid.

When a strong engagement lands, we assemble the smallest team that can do it, keep it senior, and let our agentic delivery system carry the volume work. That's why the team stays small and the invoice stays a fixed number.

Consultants from this network have been under continuous contract with a Tier-1 Nordic banking group since 2022.

How is a network different from a consultancy bench?

A bench is paid whether it works or not, and its cost lands in your rate. A network is assembled per engagement from people already doing this work. You pay for the specific competence, not the pyramid above it.

Who are the consultants?

Senior operators with public track records — their bank and product histories are on LinkedIn, not in a brochure. We name the individuals in every proposal, before you sign.

What if the engagement needs a skill you don't have?

Then we say so in the scoping session and either find it in the network or tell you where to get it. A four-person model only works with honest scoping.

Can you scale if the engagement grows?

Yes — the network is wider than any single engagement, and the delivery system means added scope doesn't linearly mean added people. But we'll never staff to look busy; growth in scope gets re-priced, not padded.
