When does a company actually need enterprise architecture?
When delivery slows for structural reasons: every feature touches five systems, every integration is bespoke, and nobody can say what depends on what. If your teams route around the architecture to ship, you already need it.
How long does a payments migration take?
Scope decides: a single flow off a legacy rail is months; full provider independence is a programme. What we bring is having sequenced the full version inside a bank — which mistakes are survivable, and which you must not make.
Does AI change enterprise architecture?
Fundamentally. When code becomes cheap to produce, the architecture becomes the constraint on how fast agents can safely work — boundaries, contracts and test surfaces matter more, not less. We design for that explicitly.
Do you do assessments without implementation?
Yes — the Teardown and Target Architecture are fixed-scope diagnostic engagements. But every recommendation comes with the delivery sequence attached, because architecture advice without a path to production is decoration.
